The Dirty French Broads aren’t from France and they’re not all broads, but they are dirty — at least by Asheville standards. Named after the famously funky (and deeply beloved) French Broad River that winds through their hometown, this grassroots Appalachian band fosters that same wild, muddy energy in every dive bar, amphitheater, and back porch jam sesh. 

Spiritied and endearing, these Broads bring an infectious rowdiness and refreshing authenticity to a world full of big box stores and oatmeal raisin cookies that look like chocolate chip. Blending Americana, bluegrass, and whatever it is she does on that fiddle - these good natured troublemakers will make you feel like family, and probably get you dancing on the riverbank with your crocs in sport mode.
